Currently we have a turnaround period of approx. 4 - 6 weeks. This is due to the very high volume of machines we have been receiving each week. You won't receive a call when your machine arrives, it will go into the queueing system, our engineers will give you a call when they are working on your machine and go over any additional costs if there are any.

INSTRUCTIONS

Package your machine up securely and put a note in the box to inform the engineer of any problems you have been having or if you just require a service. Include your contact details and one of our friendly engineers will give you a call to let you know if any additional work is required.

We recommend a company called Interparcel for easy collection and good prices.

There is no need to worry about return delivery as it is included in your machine service bill.
